주증상
발바닥 저색소·과각화·지간 홍반·소양(toceranib 투여 중)
좌측 신장의 조직학적 3등급 신세포암(RCC)(유사분열지수 >30/10HPF) 진단. 신장적출 후 CT·조직병리로 국소 림프절 전이 확인. 전이 동반으로 수술 3주 후 toceranib phosphate(Palladia) 2.75 mg/kg PO EOD 보조요법 시작.

* 약 6주 후 발바닥 저색소·과각화, 지간 홍반·소양 발생 → 진행하여 2개월째 투여 간격을 EOD → 3일로 연장.
* Day 91 본원 의뢰. 의뢰 시 toceranib 2.75 mg/kg q3일 약 4주째.
